📊 Understanding Offers

Our Buyer Analysis tool gives you powerful insights into how buyers are interacting with your shop. Use this data to identify your most active shoppers and see which items are trending.

The Buyer Analysis Tab

Switch to the Buyer Analysis tab in your dashboard for a summarized view of all buyer activity.

1. Buyer Summaries

Kurb groups offers by buyer email address. For each buyer, you'll see:

• Items Won: The number of items where they currently hold the highest offer.
• Total Value: The sum of all their winning offers.
• Total Offers: How many times they've interacted with your shop.

2. Item-Level Insight

Expanding a buyer's row shows exactly which items they are interested in. You can see their individual offer amount and how many other people are also interesting in that same item.

3. Multi-Currency Support

If you have enabled additional currencies (like USD/MAD), you can toggle between them at the top of the analysis list to see the total values in your preferred currency.
